Rice Pudding Is My Favorite
My sister showed me how to make rice pudding. I was hooked. It tasted delicious and there are many varieties to make. It took only minutes to prepare. I thought it was always too complex to prepare and never gave it a second thought. I am currently on a low calorie diet and tend to stick to food that is low to medium GI. The Glycemic Index aka GI relates to how rapidly food increases blood sugar levels. The slower the rise the better. When using rice I tend to choose brown or Basmati rice due to the lower GI ranking.
